Your Future is Your Own to Write
"Here is the test to find out whether your mission on Earth is finished: If you are alive, it isn't." This quote by Richard Bach may have been meant to be funny, but its message is also true.
Do you feel frustrated with your life? Do you ever feel like you were meant for something greater? If so, it's probably because you were. If it feels like your soul is crying out for something more, it's likely because deep down inside you know that you're capable of doing something bigger and more fulfilling with your life.
Perhaps you haven't yet found your calling or purpose. Perhaps you're still looking for something that makes you passionate in a way you never thought you could be. It may not have happened yet, but as the quote suggests as long as you're still breathing it's not too late.
No matter how old you are, it's never too late to do something that will make your heart sing. The question shouldn't be if you can, but what and how you will.
There are stories of children not yet ten years old who have collected items or raised donations for people in need and other stories of adults in their 80's finishing a dream of graduating from college. Don't let yourself believe that you can't reach your dreams. It may not be easy, but anything worth doing rarely is.
Think of those obstacles and challenges along the way as tolls along a highway. You may have to pay something to get where you want to go, but reaching that toll is also evidence that you're moving forward and of how far along you've come.
There will likely be doubts and questions. There may also be roadblocks, but when you reach your goal and look back at all that you had to overcome you'll appreciate what you've accomplished that much more. So if you're frustrated in life and feeling like you were meant for something more then don't get discouraged... get moving. You were meant for something more.
